About the role:

Ledger Investing is built on data. One of our customers’ first touch points is through Ledger Connect, our insurance data service, as part of their onboarding experience. You will be the product owner for this innovative data onboarding experience. You will work with the Ledger team to build a delightful, cohesive user experience to integrate multiple data systems.

You will be working on:

• Defining the product roadmap for data onboarding to deliver on optimal customer and business outcomes
• Understanding customer needs by serving as the main contact for insurance companies, as well as internal teams, on onboarding data based on downstream requirements
• Collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, sales, and other cross-functional team members to build out a great data onboarding experience
• Playing a key role in the team’s pace, prioritization, and execution of Ledger Connect

About you:

Successful candidates will have the following attributes:

• 3+ years of experience in a product manager or data analyst role
• Experience navigating and investigating data sets in databases and flat files using appropriate tools
• Experience partnering closely with data science, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to build products
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle: planning, development, and launch
• A history of creating impact and driving business results
• A bias for action, self-starter, getting things done, and making the product a success
• The ability to lead across highly cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment
• The ability to switch between long-term and short-term thinking, planning, and execution
• Organized and detail-oriented (e.g. understands the value of checklists)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate customer needs and solutions to the broader team
