Project Coordinator

Our client is looking for enthusiastic & dynamic individual to assist in project supervision! They are in the construction industry for over 40 years and they have decided to open a new position for their growing business!

Your duties:

1. Conduct site visits to ensure project progress

2. Attend regular meetings & prepare minutes

3. Work with Manager to prepare documents & plans within timeline and budget

4. Liaise with main contractor to ensure well-being of workers

Requirements;

1. Able to converse well in Mandarin as need to liaise with vendors from China

2. Need to have own transport, comes with transport allowances

3. Good if able to read construction drawing or Autocad
