Responsibilities:
• Projects delivery through internal engineering resources and partners
• Run level 1 and level 2 technical support services ; schedule monthly servers’ maintenance, deploy upgrades / patches for systems and applications, perform system and cybersecurity monitoring
• Participate with different teams to design and implement systems, storage, network infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions to meet customers' requirements
• Assist in designing and implementing automated operations processing to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of service delivery
• Lead and ensure key group IT standards are followed to improve overall infrastructure stability
• Track and manage engineering resource utilization pattern to manage an effective engineering workforce
• Meet and exceed KPI for service team
Requirements:
• Degree in IT Fields
• With experience
• Good interpersonal skills
