We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment to join our customer success team. Individuals in this role will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer support and service to our existing customers. Ideal candidates for this role will have experience effectively solving customer needs in a complex, rapidly growing business – from basic company and product education, to administrative and transaction support. An insurance background will be largely helpful to understand the customer base and product suite. Pair that with an incredibly positive attitude, and a drive to help others.


  • Manage and grow core broker base and GWP, making sure our brokers are getting world-class service at all times. - Responding to inbound questions and requests from prospective and current customers over online live chat, e-mail, and phone
  • Effectively managing queues and work dashboards to respond to customers on a timely basis
  • Analyzing customer data and feedback to improve customer experience and active usage
  • Exploring opportunities for growth of partners with cross selling, asking for referrals and networking
  • Educating customers on product, as well as how to use both our digital application tools and online quoting platform, using digital tools and platforms
  • Learning then educating broker customers on cyber risk and insurance solutions
  • Working with the rest of the team to implement organizational and product changes that mitigate customer pain points
  • Ensure proper documentation. service existing renewals and new business portfolio
  • Work with technology and data teams to create tools to enhance the underwriting process

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-4 years of insurance experience, P&C licensed: plus for experience with financial products like D&O, E&O, Tech, and/or Cyber
  • Experience in a customer support role: plus if in fintech or insurtech
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities, both written and verbal, especially in customer-facing roles
  • Resourceful, ambitious, willing to learn and desire to operate in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills - team player that makes everyone around them better Incredibly positive attitude
