What you'll do:
- Design, train and deploy NLP models using speech and text data while understanding customer needs (including data collection and curation)
- Monitor and improve performance of models deployed to production
- Write well-crafted programs at all levels of the system. This includes human-in-the-loop data pipelines, experiment prototypes, fast and scalable deployment models, and evaluation, visualization and monitoring systems
- Promote excellence and best practices in regards to research, implementation, tooling, and system design
- Prototype ideas rapidly using cutting edge technologies, drive architecture discussions, and propose solutions to system and product changes
Skills & Experience (You would get straight up to speed on day one if you have)
- 2+ years of experience in building products based on NLP (we are happy to waive the experience criteria if you feel you are exceptional, educational qualification is no bar)
- Strong exposure to at least 1-2 state of the art NLP algorithms e.g GPT, BERT, T5, RoBERTa etc.
- Solid understanding of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch to experiment with Neural nets and Datasets
- Proficient with AWS Sagemaker or an equivalent service to train and deploy neural nets
- Skilled in using Docker to manage different environments and run open-source containers
Bonus Points:
- Experience with deep reinforcement learning models
- You enjoy going through the research papers to get inspired from research papers by translating them to code using the above tools
