Senior Marketing Manager APAC (f/m/d)
1. The Role
• Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy and campaigns to support sales in exploring existing and new verticals
• Contribute to definition of headquarters’ marketing strategy
• Deploy marketing strategy and corporate identity in the territory
• Collect, analyze and process customer data as basis for CRM
• Generate and qualify leads to be followed up by the sales team
• Plan and supervise regional trade shows and conferences
• Secure speaking opportunities on industry conferences
• Represent the company at said events, manage and build relationships with regional industry associations
• Increase brand awareness in target regions and verticals by taking initiative and creating brand building opportunities
• Define unrecognized sales potential based on research and market analysis
• Distribution of professional PR regionally in local language
• Source and manage creative and PR agencies regionally
• Localization of all relevant sales materials and website
• Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with assigned media partners
• Content creation and campaign planning across regional platforms such as WeChat, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook etc.
• Assist with the development of sales materials specific to the region, e.g. ppt presentations, brochures, and talk tracks
• Reporting on marketing campaign initiatives and optimization
2. Your Profile
• Successful completion of university business or marketing studies
• Minimum five years of successful professional marketing experience on either agency or company side
• Understanding of the nature and demands of Broadcasting, Entertainment, Pro AV and related markets in APAC is required
• Working business knowledge of and practical experience within the APAC region
• Appreciates the importance and use of database management programs (experience with Sales Force is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Hands-on attitude and pragmatic thinking
• Ability to effectively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management in a timely, results-driven and respectful manner
• Appreciation for the challenge of building new relationships
• English (fluent to native speaker is a must); other languages (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese an advantage)
