Job Description :
Plan class schedules and optimize the time slots for classes
Establish communication channels with students and parents with regards to class scheduling and details
Attend to students’ / parents’ enquiries in terms of technical and administrative issues
Arrange and coordinate trial classes, post-class teacher-parent communication and replacement classes
Disseminate and explain necessary information to parents.
Explain pre-admission reports to parents
Ensure accurate attendance records
Assist the department in other work-related matters and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
Able to communicate with parents and teachers bilingually in both English and Chinese
Minimum Diploma in any field
Minimum 2 years working experience, with at least 1 year related to learning centre operations
Good IT skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, ie Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Passionate and positive working attitude with willingness to commit to the extra mile for customers
Meticulous and paying attention to details
Weekly Work Schedule:
4 weekdays: 11 am to 8 pm
1 weekend: 10 am to 7 pm
