Investment Associate/Director-Saas

Job Responsibilities:

• Find project targets through various channels, conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, valuation and return analysis on the proposed investment projects, and write relevant reports;
• Design post-investment management and exit plans, and conduct post-investment management of investment projects;
• Timely reveal the risks existing in project operation and propose corresponding solutions;
• Provide corresponding resource support and assistance to the invested enterprises.

Job requirements:

• A master’s degree or above from a famous domestic/overseas school, preferably in electronic information, computer, communication, and other majors;
• More than 3 years of work experience, technical patents, successful product development cases, or well-known technology investment cases are preferred;
• Strong research and analysis skills and good writing skills;
• Have good learning ability, understanding ability and communication ability, good execution, and teamwork spirit.
