Project Manager

CASETiFY is now hiring a Project Executive to support in project/timeline management of Design tasks for CoLabs, New Product Launches, evergreen requests, Artist collaborations, Seasonal / Social marketing campaigns, and Retail Launches.

Job Description

• Project/timeline management support (For HK & LA)
• Work with other teams to ensure the Design team has all information/assets required before starting work
• Work together with the Product Development team to ensure products are sampled on time for photoshoots, assets, and ready to launch
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure related materials submitted are accurate and complete for launch preparation
• Ensure the quality of the project output in a timely manner and assist in ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• 5+ years in project management
• Experience in event planning or design agencies
• Understanding of time needed for design asset creation
• Good eye for aesthetics and understanding of design principles
• Incredibly organized and obsessed with planning
• Positive attitude, even under tight timelines
• Good team player, strong initiative, adaptable and flexible
• Good communicator in Cantonese and English
