Job description for Accounting & HR Intern at Expressions

The intern will be supporting accounting functions and partial HR functions of a beauty retail company. 

Responsibilities are as follow but not limited to: 

• Check daily receivables from the retail outlets 

• Identify errors in sales invoices and the POS system and carry out the rectification 

• Enter journal entries for receivables and payables into software - Process retail vouchers reimbursement 

• Assist in commission calculation for payroll 

• Process staff claims and staff insurance 

• Adhoc reporting of expenses, budgeting, and forecasting 

 Requirements: 

• Possess accounting knowledge and mathematical skills 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 

 Work location: 160 Paya Lebar Road 

9:30am – 7:00pm
