Job description for Events Coordinator (Full-time/Part-time) at Ato Partners:

Looking for outgoing and cheerful people to work with to add value to our team as marketing assistants! No prior experience is needed.

Job scope:

• Meet the requirements and expectations for any event
• Cooperate with internal/ external vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the planning process to ensure smooth execution.
• Responsible for the management of event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
• Keep within event budgets.
• Responsible for the booking of venues, entertainers, photographers, and speakers.
• Evaluate the event’s results and outcome.

Requirements:

• 21 years old and above
• Education: Local diploma / overseas & local degrees
• Commitment of at least 3 months without significant disruption
• Fluent in communication
