Product Operation Staff

Responsibilities

• Support product manager to deliver operational excellence
• Provide suggestions and insights regarding relevant improvements in the given product stream to the product manager
• Handle daily operational tasks and maintain a high standard of operational excellence
• Generate periodical reports in the given product stream to the relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (engineering, UI/UX, marketing, legal, sales, operations) to deliver a committed plan
• Maintain written communication with external parties
• Decompose simple problems, provide solutions, and execute the solutions to the problem

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a strong performance track record in learning ability is welcome to apply
• Having experience in product management will be an advantage
• Have high attention to detail
• Ability in dealing with both quantitative and qualitative data
• Ability to assess simple technical problems and provide the best solution
• Ability to multitask and execute multiple small tasks at the same time
• Ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written English ability is required
