Role Description

Homage is seeking a proactive and motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Engagement Lead and CEO. The individual is required to have a high sense of integrity, with exceptional multi-tasking and organization skills. He/she must be able to proactively solve problems and handle issues with discretion, tact, and professionalism, especially when dealing with key stakeholders, both internal and external. The preferred candidate is driven to work in eldercare/healthcare and has demonstrated excellent skills in executive support in his/her career track record. • General administrative duties
• Responsible for proactive calendar management, which comprises meetings schedule, interviews, and travel coordination
• Manage of office pantry and office equipment purchases
• Source and work closely with vendors for office-related maintenance and repairs
• Assist with planning and running of team engagement activities

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Fresh Graduates Welcome; Prior 1-2 years working experience in an administrative role in a dynamic fast-paced environment is a bonus.
• Fast learner with excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines; meticulous attention to details
• Positive working attitude and a strong team player
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Proficient and comfortable with adopting technology and software tools (Microsoft Office, web/mobile applications, etc.)
• Passion for social enterprises and causes. You’re driven by Homage’s core mission and motivated by the impact of our services and platform
