About the Role

We are looking for young energetic people to join our Human Resource team as Junior Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for fulfilling the vacant position by conducting a full cycle of the recruitment process.

To be successful in this role, these are things you need to have :

• Experienced for 2-4 years doing end to the end recruitment process
• Experienced in headhunting company is a plus
• Suitable education background
• Familiar with several candidate sourcing tools
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
