Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

Accelerating eCommerce is a key pillar of our overall 2021 strategy for China. Our digital platforms and experiences play a vital role in connecting our consumers with our products and brands across many different touchpoints, as well as performing the important role of selling directly to the consumer.

The ideal candidate will support achieving operational excellence for marketing campaigns and online promotions/events and being a contact center for cross-functional communication and project management on our owned platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver end to end Ecom operations with discipline and clearly called out actions, timelines, and accountability across all owned touchpoints
• Manage multiple optimization projects and initiatives while driving accountability on the day-to-day operation
• Ability to work outside of standard office hours including weekends and some holidays as required based on product and key campaign launches
• Follow up the overall plan of site configuration, product readiness, and page publishing to support promotions and campaigns;
• Track campaign and promotion operational readiness and performance, and ensure quality standards as defined service level;
• Develop expert-level of understanding of existing systems and tools; Support on projects and initiatives to enable automation and drive operational excellence; Ensure omnichannel strategy is well executed with eCom flexibility and capability
• Corporate with internal functions (i.e. SCM, IT, BI) to continuously improve system functionality and operation process;
• Explain clear eCom business requirements to the TP team and manage the TP team to complement tasks in time.
• Review TP team productivity, knowledge, and skills based on business growth requirements.
• Drive accountability for delivering results with efficiency and effectiveness;
• High commitment to driving initiatives, adapt to changing and evolving environments.
Basic Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of eCommerce Operation or marketing operation experience
• Good cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions and support functions.
• Be familiar with eCommerce platforms (i.e. brand site, traditional eCom platform
• Tmall/JD, and new social commerce platforms) campaign/promotion process
• Be passionate about eCommerce and able to work under an intense timeline
• Can work during weekends or public holidays if needed
• Sense of responsibility, independent way to work
• Result-driven and be willing to contribute upon team deliverable
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
