We are seeking Regional Cross Border Sales Channels Associate / Senior Associate who can help us win and retain business by providing proactive and effective cross border solutions support to internal commercial stakeholders (“Sales Channels”) across all customer segments. You will be the “one face” of Cross Border to our channel partners; focusing on securing relationships with the Sales teams to uncover opportunities, develop territory sales strategies, and act as an advisor to sales teams throughout the sales process while collecting feedback from the sales teams for continuous optimization of the Cross Border suite of solutions.

As part of a small and dynamic team that is responsible for the success of Cross Border, the Sales Channels Associate will have a very direct impact on the success of the company. The incumbents will work closely with members of our Cross Border Solutions, Cross Border Control Tower, Business Intelligence, Finance, Operations, and various customer facing Sales teams across Ninja Van’s six countries in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities
• Accountable for P&L, volumes, and sales targets of assigned Sales Channel
• Manage & monitor all sales administrative tools to channel partners for visibility and accuracy of Sales numbers & forecast
• Generate periodic sales reports, sales materials, and process documentation for Sales Channels
• Provide latest pricing guidance and solutions changelogs to Sales Channels
• Rollout sales administrative tools to channel partners for visibility and accuracy of sales numbers and forecast
• Continuously simplify sales process and operations to drive product penetration
• Subject Matter expert for B2C Product Development.
• Championing any initiatives determined by the management team
• Responsible for top line B2C revenue growth
• Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective follow up on strategic deals and operational blockers
• Responsible for knowledge transfer to Sales Channel on new & existing cross border products
• Ensuring that the needs of the Sales Channel is well summarized and thought out in order to drive initiatives with Product Specialists to meet requirements of Key Clients
• Serve as single point of contact for all Cross Border communications to assigned Sales Channels on operational and commercial aspects of all services/products offered
• Align and maintain all capability requests for internal visibility on timeliness
• End to end implementation coordination for complex shippers across commercials, tech integration and operations SOPs
• Responsible for providing commercial visibility to assigned Sales Channel
• Design, maintain & optimize Sales Trackers used by Sales Channels
• Chair Weekly Ops performance, Monthly reviews, and Run rate performance for assigned Sales Channel

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any related business discipline
• Min. 1 - 3 years working experience in strategy / project management (Applicants with minimal work experiences but possess strong extra-curricular and relevant internship records are welcomed to apply)
• Proficiency in SQL / Python is a must
• Ability to drive clarity in unclear scenarios
• Stakeholder management - possessing the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
• Strong ability to multitask to manage existing responsibilities and address ad hoc requests or issues
• Must be able to work independently and as a team to deliver outcome of consistent good quality within stipulated timeline in a dynamic environment
