You are to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will be in charge of handling customer requests and queries.
Financial services are the economic services provided by the finance industry, which encompasses a broad range of businesses that manage money, including credit unions, banks, credit-card companies, insurance companies, accountancy companies, consumer-finance companies, stock brokerages, investment funds, individual managers and some government-sponsored enterprises.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Skills/preferred qualifications for the Job:
· Min local Diploma/ “A” level certification
· Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Part Time (Flexible) weekdays only
