We’re looking for a talent who’s passionate about creating video content to bring our content strategy efforts to the next level. You’ll be the voice that bridges us with our viewers and customers

What will differentiate you as a Video Content Specialist from all the normal Videographers / Video Editors out there is that you not only get to hone your videography skills, but learn how to weave in direct response marketing strategies and persuasion psychology within your videos to drive sales conversion.

This distinction separates well-thought-out videos which can rake in top dollars to grow businesses and drive them forward - from the usual “vanity” videos which serve nothing more than just getting “views” or “likes”.

All eligible Staff will be rewarded with annual deposits totalling up to $177,500 over their entire career and receive payouts at stipulated points in their career.

[5. What You’ll Be Working On]


Research and Ideation: Participate in the conceptualisation process to develop insights into how viewers and customers think, what motivates them to view a video and get them to take action. Keep yourself abreast on what other industry players are doing and implement new video filming / editing technologies to maximise the impact of videos you create.


Production: Plan, organise and execute video shoots. Handle video, lighting & audio equipment to capture raw footage.


Assemble and Edit Footage: Transform raw footage into a finished product. With the storyline and conversion objectives in mind, you choose what footage to keep and assemble it into a fluid sequence, varying the camera angles and trimming as necessary.


Gather Assets: Source for relevant assets (such as audio and visual effects, images or b-roll footages) and explore suitable music tracks, ultimately integrating these into specific scenes of the video to elevate the mood of viewers.


Create Graphics: Design graphics (such as transitional elements, text and subtitles, animations, motion graphics or video thumbnails) to enhance the overall visual appeal of videos.

(Note: You will also need to develop an eye toward reusability of such assets and graphics for future projects, thereby making your work lighter yet more efficient.)

Consult with Stakeholders: Regularly consult with directors, script writers and marketers to clarify requirements, receive feedback and make adjustments throughout the entire post-production process to shape the final video product.

NOTE: The scope tasks are deliberately designed to be extremely narrow at the start so that you can achieve deep mastery. Many Videographers are often caught in the daily grind with little opportunities to learn and reflect. Here, we give talents the space and time to hone their craft and develop strong fundamentals first before they learn more advanced skills / knowledge and creation of other content types.

[6. Key Requirements]

Graduated with a Diploma in Film Studies or related field
Able to commit long-term (3-5 years) to achieve true mastery of video craft and learn from marketing experts
Must be able to commit Full-Time* (no side hustle)
Familiar with video production
Possess photo and video editing skills
Knowledge of Videography Filming and Directing) is a plus

Other Skills required:
Creative and artistic storytelling skills
Keen eye for design aesthetics / appealing visuals
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight project deadlines
Ability to collaborate and communicate well with other Team Members; Open to feedback

[8. Remuneration]


1) During 5-month Training Period: $1500 to $2600 (training allowance)


2) Upon confirmation & appointment as a full-fledged Assistant Content Marketing Specialist: $2200 to $3200* (salary)


*Package depends on candidate’s learning attitude and performance during the training phase
Full-time appointment will be awarded at the end of the training period
2-year full-time contract, renewable upon completion

Note: After confirmation, your performance will be regularly reviewed and you will continue to receive coaching on your performance. Staff Members who have contributed positively to the Company’s Growth can look towards a much faster progression rate and higher salary increment as compared to most other companies. But you need to prove your mettle to the Company first.


[9. Working Hours]


This is a full-time position but with some degree of flexibility for remote work.


Most of our Staff are clocking only around 28-hour work week in the office, while working the remaining 12-14 hours from home.


Typical working hours:

Mon / Wed / Fri: 2 pm to 9 pm (inclusive of 45-minute dinner break)
Occasionally on weekends (if required for photo or video shoot)
