Customer Success Associate
TagBox is looking for a Customer Success Associate in Singapore with an experience of 2 to 4 years. The candidate will be part of the Customer Success team, helping deploy and manage TagBox's proprietary IoT platform for customers. If you don't have moderate to strong technology inclination and understanding, this role is NOT for you. The role is perfect for someone who likes technology driven products and at the same time shines in customer facing and operations roles.
• Gather requirements from customers
• Create solution deployment plan
• Manage internal tech team to deliver against the plan
• Work with customer for successful deployment of product (hardware and software)
• Liaise with customer tech team for ERP integration scenarios
• Have moderate to strong technology exposure and understanding
• Willingness and ability to diagnose/solve basic tech issues (Specific tech training will be provided during onboarding)
• Analyse data and prepare reports as necessary
• Run proof-of-concepts with customers for cross-sell, up-sell
• Experience in customer facing roles, especially in product companies. IOT experience and Startup experience is a plus.
• Tech or analytics consulting experience will be preferred
• Experience with SQL/MySQL/R/Python/Java is a big plus
• Experience with MS Azure is preferred but not mandatory
