Our client is a digital asset exchange that is transforming the capital market through the introduction of new investable assets class. Their platform offers an array of services which includes primary insurance, trading and settlement and others. They aim to become full-service regulated to cater to savvy issuers and discerning investors.
In this role, you will serve as the daily contact for all relationship activities, including daily ad hoc enquiries and in-depth search of information regarding portfolios and operational related requests. You will approach and pitch to existing and potential clients with emerging digital products and provide proactive support to clients with respect to product performance, attributes and developments.
You will be responsible for :
Enhancing working relationships and ensuring the client’s needs are met.
Broadening relationships with institutional investors in Singapore and elsewhere.
Work closely with other departments on client related matters and assisting in any ad-hoc projects as required.
Responding to any enquiries by clients and ensuring the quality and accuracy of both regular and ad hoc reports to be delivered to clients.
Liaising and establishing strong relationship with other departments for the on-boarding process of clients and ensure client reporting needs are met.
Arranging and coordinating client portfolio meetings to review investment guidelines, objectives and process.
Ensuring client documentation is updated accordingly and internal monitoring is feasible.
You have a degree with at least 5 years experience in institutional sales and relationship management of institutional investors
You have a MAS representative license
You possess excellent oral and written communication skills
You have the ability to build the trust and confidence of clients, strengthen client relationships through ongoing dialogue and interactions and work well with others to accomplish client objectives
You have strong knowledge of products, investment management principles and portfolio management techniques
You have a proven track record in developing effective working relationships and meeting targets
You possess well-developed prioritization and time management skills
You show high level of accuracy and attention to detail
You demonstrate history of being results-oriented with ability to work under pressure
