Our client is an Ecommerce startup that is taking the headache of merchandising, logistics and sourcing the best products from digitally native sellers in the beauty industry. With increasing demand from neighbouring countries, they are expanding their team and looking for passionate individuals to join them!
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training to our community of sellers so they would be able to promote their product and increase revenue through the platform.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for:
Enabling Sellers to meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact educational content in line with their business needs and priorities.
Developing, refining, implementing, and evaluating our educational content and programs
Analyze data or insights to determine the impact of our educational content/programs and able to drive continuous improvement
You have at least 4 years experience in training and education or content development, including prior experience in leading a team
You are extremely analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions and can generate insights with minimum supervision
You have prior experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating a variety of educational content/programs
You have excellent presentation skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
