Our client is an Ecommerce startup that is taking the headache of merchandising, logistics and sourcing the best products from digitally native sellers in the beauty industry. With increasing demand from neighbouring countries, they are expanding their team and looking for passionate individuals to join them!
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing dollar-based Net Retention (DNR) and :
Implementing and executing engagement and retention strategies based on customer behavior, data, and best practices
Utilizing existing CRM tools to build, test, and execute marketing campaigns including onboarding flows, email creation, push notifications, user journey mapping, landing page creation, lead form creation, webinars, lead scoring & more.
Perform data-mining and data analysis and design initiatives to increase engagement.
Utilising A/B testing to develop and run experiments and strategies
Presenting insights on the outcomes across Market Trends Customer Behaviour, Customer Acquisition, and Customer Experience.
You have at least 5 years experience in a data-driven CRM/CLM role, ideally within the E-commerce industry
You have a track record of driving strategy, planning, execution, and measuring retention programs for the region.
You are an expert at using web & behavioral tools such as Google Analytics & Mixpanel.
You have demonstrated the ability building data visualizations using tools like DataStudio or Tableau
You are extremely analytical and are have a bias towards data-based decision making
You are highly goal-driven, independent and work well in fast-paced environments
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
