Job Details

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Non-Acad)

Department: Marketing
Reports to: Head of Marketing

This person will be placed in charge of pulling in trainers from different fields and onboarding them onto the Reubiks App.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Cold-Calling of Trainers from different fields
2. Following up with Trainers from different fields and persuade them to collaborate
3. Onboarding of Trainers onto Reubiks App
4. Trainer-Reubiks Relationship Management
5. Attending Events with Co-Founder to widen Reubiks’s reach
6. Liaison with other/external departments for PR purposes
7. Sourcing of trainer leads (initial leads will be given)
8. Liaison with Trainers and to answer their queries if any

Proficiencies Needed
1. Basic Microsoft Word skills
2. Vendor Acquisition skills
3. Basic Negotiation Skills
4. Scheduling Appointments
5. Fluent English
6. Basic/Fluent Mandarin

Educational Qualifications and Other Preferences
1. Diploma and above
2. Passion for Education/Technology related businesses
3. Fresh Grad/Zero Work Experience is welcomed
4. Aged 20 to 35
5. Males and Females both welcomed
6. Sales background preferred
