ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an energetic and detail oriented individual who is able to work independently as a Virtual Assistant. Primary function is administrative support and duties with customer service. Duties will include anything and everything from order office supplies and dealing with customer service emails and questions to answering the phones and scheduling printed orders. This position can either be a part time or full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

Schedule projects
Purchasing
Process work orders
Coordinate schedule with customers and clients

The applicant must have the following qualities:

Ability to work with others

Willing to learn and grow into other roles
Computer literacy
