The Job

You will be responsible for :

Oversee development and execution of the performance marketing strategy
Developing acquisition channels as well as campaigns from planning to execution
Continuously optimising marketing activities to improve ROI and maximise Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Testing new channels and trends (such as voice search, Augmented Reality etc.) 
Working with partners, blogs, and influencers to drive acquisition and commercial performance


The Profile

You have at least 1 year experience in a Performance Marketing or similar role.
You have experience in analytics and database tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, AdWords etc.)
You have a unique blend of a creative and analytical mind, and a love for great copy and clear communication
You have an analytical eye to allocate budgets, forecast and evaluate channel/campaign performance
You stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in the digital industry
You are a highly-driven and independent decision-maker 
You are proactive and enjoy getting hands-on experience.
You are able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
