We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking, and results-oriented Business Development Executive who will drive growth opportunities to expand Roquepress customer base by bringing in a consistent flow of profitable new business to the company.
Working directly with our CEO, you will have the opportunity to identify and target mutually profitable accounts. Creating scalable repeatable processes is important for this role, you will be primarily responsible for planning, creating, and executing sales and lead generation strategies in line with the Roquepress business development strategy.
The Business Development Executive uses consultative selling, marketing, and customer service skills to get clients in the door. As a revenue-centric marketer with seasoned sales skills, you will continuously shape and drive the pipeline, lead capture, and foster relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments.
The ideal candidate will be a leader by example generating energy, creating clarity, and delivering success. To succeed, you will need to be confident in working alongside all levels of management and be comfortable with people from diverse backgrounds.
You will be working remotely as a member of a tight-knit team that works hard to help local businesses reach their goals.

Roquepress is currently experiencing fast growth, responsibilities can change quickly. Here is a general overview of what the role is but keep in mind that this is neither exhaustive nor restrictive.
Perform market research to identify new potential customers and leads.
Develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via emails, phone calls, and other innovative
Develop email sequences, make cold calls, and try various methods to penetrate accounts.
Close business deals while managing long-term relationships through timely responses to customer needs.
Update Customer Relationship Management System daily.
Research technologies trend and create new opportunities to build our company pipeline.
Maintain a strong understanding of Roquepress capabilities and offerings and innovate new ways to serve customers.
Perform other related duties as required to achieve the goals and objectives of Roquepress.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate has the following:
Experience prospecting and selling (ideally 2-4 years), particularly business strategy, customer success management, consultative selling, or go-to-market strategy.
You can sell!
Desire to hunt for new business and make things happen.
Solid writing and grammar skills with ability to write professional emails to prospects.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing (Web Development, SEO, FB Ads, Google Ads, etc)
Strong understanding of technology applications related to Customer Relationship Management.
Proficiency in Google Drive and software applications like Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
Excellent customer service, communication (oral and written), negotiation, and presentation skills.

Potentially earn $4,500/month upon meeting KPI, can earn more if you sell more.
