In this role you will be overseeing all major business aspects including Marketing, Sales and Operations. You will be required to:
Work closely with department leads to design business plans in line with company's strategy and objectives.
Ensuring business plans are effectively rolled out.
Tracking key performance metrics and taking necessary action to optimize the processes and hence the results.
Monitoring proper delegation of work and deliverables to achieve operational efficiency.
Driving business efficiency and profitability.
Being accountable for the profit and loss of the organization.
Ensuring proper business partnerships are in place and revising market strategy time to time in order to stay relevant in the market.
Staying focussed on competitor offerings and changing market landscape so we always stay ahead of the curve when it comes to delivering best solutions for our target market.
You possess Masters in Business Administration from the top notch B-schools of the country and have at least 4 years experience in a product or business role, preferably within internet product sector. A solid track record of game changing performance in previous roles, backed by supporting numbers would be highly advantageous. You have excellent team-management capability along with a knack for understanding proper work delegation methods. You have the ability to make each professional feel important and accountable for the work they deliver and hence the ability to drive performing and winning teams. Strong analytical skills coupled with flexibility to change according to the market demands will help you succeed in this role. You love working in fast paced environments and taking up challenges that test your mettle.
