You will be responsible for :
Handling administrative tasks like generating reports, arranging meetings and maintaining supplies.
Ensuring polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail.
Making travel arrangements when required for senior stakeholders.
Routing calls to respective teams or individuals.
Ensuring a positive experience for visitors.
Supporting on-boarding/off-boarding of staff.
Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.
You possess a Degree or Diploma in any field and have at least 1 year experience within an administrative role. Prior work in IT industry would be advantageous.
You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer skills like MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint is required.
You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
Proficiency in regional languages would be required.
You are proactive by nature and have excellent communication skills.
You can handle client queries on an ad hoc basis and have the patience to deal with difficult calls.
