*The Employee shall serve the Company as SALON THERAPIST or such other role as the Employer may require from time to time having regard to the needs of the business and the Employee's skills, qualifications and experience *The Employee shall perform treatments: All Forms of Waxing, Manicures, and Pedicures, Spray Tan, IPL Basic etc. * Maintain minimum sales of 8x your basic salary. * You shall report directly to the Singapore Shop Manager. *Undertaking treatments booked for you regardless of whether they are new or package clients *You must call and ensure you book three clients for yourself daily via telephone call *Look after guest welfare *Ensure you learn and execute all treatments requested of you by management *Promote the sales of products and services within the parlour *To achieve sales target given by the management *Participate in ongoing training within or outside the parlour *Initiate CRM programs to ensure client loyalty *Accountable for daily cash tally and transactions. If money is short you will be held liable together with persons/s who have touched the till or are on duty for that day *Ensure the standards of service and facilities are met at all times *To answer customer complaints and improve service or treatment standards *Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness at all times in all areas *Other duties as required by management
