Our client is an international food delivery and discovery app - allowing consumers to purchase desired dishes from a variety of food stores online through their platform.
This is a 100% telesales role. While leads are provided, you will be expected to be sales-minded and resourceful as well as researching and reaching out to right decision makers in a business.
You will also be responsible for:
Meeting requirements in the areas of documentation accuracy, partner approval and systems processing.
Keeping records of calls and sales, and noting down useful information in an organised fashion.
Being persuasive, instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced fashion.
Handling all escalating issues with strong problem solving skills.
Striving to provide solutions which are in-sync to company offers.
Constantly excelling in meeting and exceeding KPI elements set by the company.
You are comfortable making outbound calls via digital communication tools, and be on the phone over extended periods of time. Having prior telesales experience will be an advantage.
You are able to communicate in English effectively with an added advantage for ability to speak, read & write in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Cantonese fluently to support Taiwan & Hong Kong Market.
You are comfortable working with online business tools such as Google applications. Experience with Salesforce will be a plus.
You are a proficient communicator with a consultative sales driven approach.
You are a strong relationship builder and team player.
You are target-oriented and resilient with a willingness to learn.
You are a fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes
