The Job
In this role, you will be in regular communication with clients to help them achieve their goals while being compliant with MAS and insurance regulations. You will be responsible for :
Always being on top of latest trends through market research and analysis on investment and money markets to provide clients with the best opportunities.
Assessing clients' needs and goals and analysing their current financial status to provide a holistic view.
Understanding the pros and cons of the solutions recommended to clients that can accurately address their needs and goals.
Executing strategies and handling paperwork on behalf of clients
Monitoring accounts to keep yourself informed and updated on your clients’ changes in circumstances.
Researching investment opportunities to present alternative income sources
The Profile
You possess at least an A'level certification or diploma/degree in any field.
Prior knowledge in Insurance and Financial Planning will be an added advantage
You possess critical thinking skills and enjoy solving problems.
You are empathetic and customer oriented.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
