Our client is an international food delivery and discovery app - allowing consumers to purchase desired dishes from a variety of food stores online through their platform.
You will be provided with leads and your responsibilities include:
Engaging in outbound calls via digital communication tools and maximising sales.
Conducting lead generation and getting in touch with right decision makers in a business.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Documenting processes, partner approvals and systems processing.
Keeping records of calls and sales while maintaining a detailed & organised report of all important information.
Striving to provide solutions which are in-sync with business goals & company offers.
Constantly excelling in meeting and exceeding KPIs set by the company.
You possess excellent communication skills along with consultative sales driven approach and you are adept at both spoken and written English.
Fluency in Bahasa / Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese would be an advantage, for supporting Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.
Prior telesales experience would be an added advantage.
You are comfortable working with online business tools such as Google applications.
Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
You are a strong relationship builder and a target-oriented individual with a willingness to learn.
You work well in fast paced environments and can adapt quickly to changes.
You have a knack for objection handling, persuasive, instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced fashion, and you possess a great sales-mind.
