Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.
You will be responsible for :
Handling inbound queries from customers
Providing technical and product support via multiple channels (email, chat, whatsapp, phone)
Liaising with internal and external teams to drive customer resolution
Reporting customer inquiries to create a feedback loop (bugs, product feature requests, process improvement suggestions)
Following up with dissatisfied customers to understand root causes
Compiling weekly reports to share customer insights
You ideally have relevant experience in a Customer Support or similar role.
You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
You possess good time-management skills.
You have great interpersonal and communication skills.
