Our client is an international food delivery and discovery app - allowing consumers to purchase desired dishes from a variety of food stores online through their platform.
You will be responsible for :
Ensuring the highest possible quality of customer service for customers
Processing order and managing relationship with hundreds of restaurants
Deliberating with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests for orders and actual delivery statuses
Ensuring that processes are followed and thinking of new ideas for improvement
Consistently working towards improving customer experience
Handling customers and vendors requests, as well as external communication with them
Technical assistance: vendors on order related issues, technical issues for their devices (phone and printer)
You possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field, with at least 1 year of working experience in a Customer Service or similar role.
You have excellent communication skills in Mandarin, both verbal and written, to liaise with vendors and customers.
You are self-motivated and reliable to complete task with high standards
You are a fast learner and strong team player.
You are willing to work shifts, weekends and Public holidays.
