The Job

You will be responsible for :

Identifying opportunities for new business development across SMBs in different geographies.
Meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
Following up on leads generated via inside sales.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Effective handover of client relationships to the customer success team.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets.
Hiring and leading a sales team in line with revenue growth.

The Profile

You have at least 3 years experience within a B2B SaaS sales. Experience selling HR tech solutions would be a strong plus.
We are hiring multiple roles focused on various countries in the region hence you should have experience selling to companies in one or more countries across the APAC region.
You enjoy winning business and are a highly goal driven individual with a solid track record of success.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
