You will work closely with the CEO and be part of Snaphunt's leadership team. This is a key role where you will devise and implement commercial strategies to meet MRR and ARR targets for Snaphunt. You will be responsible for:
Building specific sales strategies for different channels and markets that can enable strong revue growth and traction and leading the inside sales and sales team to deliver this for the Asia Pacific region.
Spearheading new business generation and ensuring a strong post sales transition of relationships to the customer success teams.
Building workflows and metrics for the team and leading them towards delivering results.
Hiring and building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
You are a seasoned sales leader with a solid track record of success within SaaS sales. Prior experience within HR tech would be a strong plus.
You have have strong experience in building client relationships within the Asia Pacific region.
You are a go getter with a strong track record of success and are interested in accelerating your career by joining a key role in a fast growing start up.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
