Assist Country Manager to optimize all performance in Operations team
Optimize user satisfaction, customer processing speed, and risk control under high growth goals
Oversee credit operations team - covering fraud (KYC/AML), credit risk assessment and repayment collection - to set highest standards of execution and innovation through business processes and technology
Ensure top-notch team’s expertise and technical/product adaptation of Fraud and Financial
Play an active part in Credit Operations by assisting on customers Credit Line approval process
Ensure to meet KPIs in delayed repayment recovery and Default cases reduction
1-3 years of experience in Operation or Management Consultancy
Top graduates from top universities
Proven experience in managing operation team in Startup and/or Banking is a plus
Process oriented and efficient
Possess the hunger for excellence and learning to become Operation Manager in near future
