Based in our regional office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate rock star who will develop our customer success team to a stellar level.
Own regional customer KPIs
Set regional SLAs & policies
Mentor & lead customer success teams across the region
Collaborate with the regional Ops team to improve the operations of the country through new processes, new tools, etc.
Design & implement the customer success strategy
Ownership of CRM & other customer operation tools
Track record of leadership & customer operations
Passionate about building companies & startup culture
Fast learner, positive attitude, analytical and self-motivated
Minimum 5+ experience as team leader in a startup or tech company
