Excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales representative
Our client is a fast-growing technology driven company that has gained increasing global presence in the gas filtration and treatment industry. Armed with decades of experience, their products are being used in an increasing number of products across industries.
In this role, you will generate new leads, travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers, conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily and always build solid and trustworthy relationships. You will be responsible for sales of our products, technical support to existing local distributors as well as:
Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.
Ensuring proper use of the database and tools to track performance.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with parent company.
Weekly and monthly reporting to parent company.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
Ensuring use of proper use database and tools to track performance.
Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Managing a team of 1-5 people.
You have at least 3 years experiences within a B2B sales/ account management, ideally within the Compressed air treatment industry.
You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia.
You are assertive, passionate, love to compete and win
You are great at building relationships and working within a team-selling environment
You are self-motivated, demonstrating an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
You have critical and analytical spirit, are fast-learner, with great communication skills
You are fluent in English as well as Bahasa as you will be working with clients in the region.
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
