You will be responsible for :
Acquiring and managing relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues.
Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
Providing excellent client service and developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
You have a Full-time Diploma and at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
