Opportunity to grow with the company to become a HR Manager
Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.
You will be responsible for :
Full spectrum of HR management (including hiring, payroll, leave management, attendance, insurance, performance appraisal and termination)
Managing HR administrative needs including employee documents, work pass applications, and claims expenses
Managing HR policies and building positive professional culture
Preparing HR reports & planning
Coordinating employee contract signing
Continuously improving HR process & function
Managing employer branding and special events such as campus hiring, job exhibition, etc
Setting up remuneration structure guidelines
You have at least a Degree from a reputable university, ideally in Psychology or Law.
You have at least 1 year experience in a HR Generalist role
You are knowledgeable and stay up-to-date with Indonesian labour laws
You have mastered the recruitment and assessment process
You possess strong understanding of taxation & BPJS
You are fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
You have excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
You are a strong team player and results driven
You pay strong attention to detail and are able to work in fast-paced environments.
