In this role, you will be driving marketing activities across all channels with a bias towards digital media. You will be accountable for delivery against challenging growth targets and be a key contributor to our start-up’s exciting journey.
You will also:
Work closely with Marketing Director on developing the Indonesia marketing strategy
Support the wider team with marketing insights and ideas to continuously drive performance
Managing marketing budget and deploy innovative and cost efficient marketing activations that allow us to punch above our weight as a start-up
Oversee and develop consumer interactions to ensure we are delivering a stellar customer experience across all touch-points
Lead the execution across all marketing channels including digital/performance marketing, offline marketing and events, third party listing platforms, partnerships and PR (corporate and consumer).
Focus on continuous improvement across all channels to optimise effectiveness and ROI
Build strong brand and corporate partnerships
Oversee development of best in class reporting dashboards and deliver regular performance reports to management and the board
Ensure we deliver the requisite number of room bookings set out in business targets
Work with tech team to improve website and customer portals
Hone and develop all marketing processes and practices to increase team effectiveness
You have a Degree, ideally in Business.
You have at least 2 years experience in a Marketing role, ideally in a high-growth/tech-led business.
Having experience in Digital/Performance Marketing and in an early stage start-up would be an added advantage
You have experience managing a budget
You have a strong academic and professional track record
You have excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills, in both Bahasa and English.
You are creative and have a visual design acumen.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
You are flexible and able to deal with ambiguity.
You have strong analytical skills and are a strategic thinker
You have a ‘can-do’, problem solving attitude to tackle the broad range of challenges we face as a young start-up.
