Our client is an online marketplace that enables restaurant and cafe owners to source and order fresh foods and groceries through a single platform. They remove all the administrative tasks by simplifies the billing process and eliminating the need to manually collate orders, so that suppliers can focus more on growing their business.
You will be responsible for:
Curating and reaching out to new suppliers ideal to the business.
Working on sales pitch decks to ensure services meet suppliers' needs.
Managing P&L for the Key Accounts and assist the suppliers in maximizing profit through innovative promotions and attractive product pricing
Negotiating contracts and collecting all relevant information and documents.
Driving growth for current brands on through key levers e.g. improving assortment, driving traffic and improving customer experience.
Reporting daily progress and results while working with sales managers on meeting stipulated targets.
Developing, proposing and executing promotions & pricing strategies that benefit all stakeholders
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales/ Account management or Customer Service role, ideally within the E-Commerce and FMCG industry.
Prior experience within a Startup would be a strong advantage.
You have worked within the F&B industry and have access to a large network of supplier or restaurant network.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
