Our client manages bookings for luxury accommodations in Thailand. They have curated a collection of properties that will allow their guests to experience and explore the world in style.
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and you will be responsible for :
Overseeing the revenue team and revenue streams.
Establishing monthly and annual revenue targets, including revenue forecasting.
Identifying, developing and executing growth strategies to achieve overall revenue targets.
Driving and monitoring the development and implementation of pricing strategy across distribution channels for managed properties.
Monitoring revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
Managing owner relationships and building close rapport with property owners.
Liaising with other departments (Partnership, Marketing, Reservations, Concierge) to ensure revenue channels are maximised.
Overseeing and managing villa listings on online travel agency platforms including signing up new distribution agents/channels.
Continuously monitoring competitors’ activities and reviewing pricing strategy to maximise the value proposition of the distribution channels.
Monitoring the processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to conversion.
Providing training and mentoring the team.
Conceptualising and executing new initiatives.
Ad hoc duties related to other indirect revenue drivers in property management division.
Providing assistance in tech projects management, when required
You have a Degree and at least 4 years experience in a similar role.
Having prior experience within a startup would be a strong advantage.
You have leadership experience and can build high performing teams.
You have strong business acumen.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
You possess strong critical thinking skills.
You are a fast learner, self starter, a true team player, able to work in fast-paced environment.
