What will you do:
You will drive programmatic media strategy across the Asia.
You will work closely with individual country AD-Ops team, categorizing inventories and traffic sources
You will conduct competitor analysis on the programmatic industry as a whole
You will be attending Affiliate Marketing Summits to network with other industry players
You will provide support to Sales team when presenting to advertisers
You will be standardizing and improving of reporting matrix to end customers
You will work with industry leaders such as Smaato, Google, FB, NativeX and others
You will closely monitor all campaign performance under the respective teams
You will be responsible for keeping up to date with the latest in trafficking and media industry trends
You will manage the scheduling, production and implementation of online advertising campaigns
You will coordinate the rotation of ads
You will execute paid digital advertising strategies (Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Programmatic platform etc.)
You must optimize performance campaigns to reach client objectives and business goals
You will perform the setup, QA, run and analyse the results of A/B tests
You will develop optimization strategies and audit campaigns to maintain best practices in the team
You should aware of innovative advertising technologies and techniques to improve campaign performance

What do you have:
You have worked in the digital advertising industry for the past 3 years which includes 1.5-2 years’ experience in digital media and performance marketing
You hold a min Bachelor Degree in Advertising/Marketing/Commerce/Business Admin or equivalent
You have the experience dealing with FB Ads, Google Ads, Smaato, NativeX
You have the knowledge of the digital ecosystem and how e-commerce, web, mobile, social search and channels work together to optimize behaviour and acquisition
You have had direct experience with Google Ads, Acquisition funnels, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics & any a/b testing software
Having previous Digital Agency experience would be advantage
