Database Engineer

The candidate will be working with software engineering teams (full stack, mobile) to come out with new database table design and changes.

Responsibilties:
-Develop and maintain ETL scripts to flow data from multiple data sources to data lake/warehouse.Develop and maintain ETL scripts to flow data from multiple data sources to data lake/warehouse.
-Work closely with BI team to develop reports for the organisation.
-Reviewing and enforcing best practices on database design for software changes made by the development team.
-Executing DB tasks such as user management, optimization and maintenance.

Requirements:
-BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
-1 - 2 years of experience on SQL, MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL.
-Hands-on experience in using any of the BI software, preferably Tableau.
-Good understanding on proper database table design (3NF).
-Familiarity with topics such as index and data migration will be an advantage.
