SYNC PR is looking for an account manager and media specialist to manage clients and strategise PR campaigns for exciting startups based in Southeast Asia.

How to build a PR strategy to help deliver outcomes that your client really need

Job Description
Develop and executive PR and content marketing campaigns for clients
- Develop short, mid and long-term strategic Public Relations goals
- Pitch to top media outlets for company news, product announcements, profiles, features, and thought leadership pieces
- Identify and pursue media placement opportunities in targeted press outlets
- Develop content marketing campaigns along with the content team in order to cover a comprehensive media and content outreach campaign for your client
Develop media materials
- Develop some media collateral alongside the content team in order to provide insight and add value to the development process
- Create content marketing strategies for the content team to execute

- Degree in Communications/Journalism/Public Relations or related field (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

Skills Required:
- Excellent writing and copy-editing skills
- Ability to work remotely is preferred
- Great storyteller
- Analytical thinker
- Experience or knowledge of media management and tracking tools
- Experience in a fast-paced industry
- Knowledge of the media scene and a willingness to learn
- General understanding of broader marketing, PR & other digital tactics
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) is an added bonus
