We are looking for Part Time Pre Sales Coordinator to assist the Consulting Managers in leads generation as well as appointments management. Aside from this, he/ she will be assisting with other ad hoc administrative duties.
• Provide sales support to the team by generating and developing new customer accounts by sourcing for potential F&B owners in Singapore
• Assist Accounts Managers by managing their calendars and appointments
• Responsible for scheduling Account Managers’ daily appointments by liaising with potential client via phone and email
• Other ad hoc administrative duties
• Minimum GCE “O” Level
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided, however experience in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
• Great story teller; possess excellent communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
• Responsibility, Commitment, Sense of urgency is key
• Confident and Outgoing
• Self-Driven and Disciplined. Able to work individually or as part of a team
