• Assist Building & Facility Manager in coordinating and managing daily operations within premises
• Lead a team to oversee maintenance and troubleshoot activities
• Attend to requests and feedback
• Source, negotiate, follow up, and supervise contractors to ensure work done according to requirements
• Compile and provide reports regularly
• Traveling between various sites might be required
- Tertiary education in Building & Facility Management / Engineering studies or equivalent
- Prior experience with government buildings preferred
- EMA Licensed
- Hands on experience in M&E or ACMV
