The main responsibilities are:
-To be able to utilize skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug computer systems/software.
-Investigate and resolve incoming issues (reported by phone, e-mail, and chat) in a timely and effective manner.
-Document all contacts activities, including troubleshooting steps and problem resolution.
-Provide excellent customer service for a positive technical support experience.
-The candidate must have excellent English communication skills with a high sense of urgency.
-Must be able to effectively adapt to a changing workload and fast-paced environment.
-Must work effectively individually and as part of a team and meet specific productivity requirements.
-Install, configure, and support customers and in-house departments related to enterprise content management.
Authorized to work in Singapore
Ability to analyze systems and document new procedures
Demonstrated knowledge in the following OS: Windows 7/8/10 and Windows 2008/2012 server.
Able to understand and manage Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL databases
Working technical knowledge of Microsoft Office
Demonstrated knowledge of Visual Studio .NET (VB/C#) Education/experience
University degree in Computer related field or 2-4 years IT experience
CompTIA, Microsoft, or other recent technical certifications are a plus
Strong written and oral English communication skills
Some domestic and international travel possible
Excellent customer-service orientation
Expected shift: Monday- Friday. 9 AM - 6 PM (GMT+8)
